Subject: Exchange Hotel
The Exchange Hotel was an early 1900s hotel located on King Street in Marlboro, right next to where Perch is currently located. The Western Avenue flagpole, a fire hydrant, and the watering trough can be seen in the center of this photo. The watering trough was used for the horses of the public. Jason McGowan was the hotel keeper.
