Relaxing Virtual Yoga for Adults

Back by popular demand! Mary Jean from Hudson River Yoga will lead a relaxing yoga routine to help you wind down before bed. No prior yoga experience is required! This class will take place virtually, so you don’t have to worry about inclement weather.
Spaces are limited, registration is required. Please register for each individual session you are interested in. Participants will be emailed a Zoom link the day of the program.
