Relaxing Yoga for Adults

Put the stress of the day behind you and wind down with this gentle yoga class! Certified yoga instructor, Lenore from Mindful Yoga With Liz, will demonstrate a gentle yoga and mindfulness routine to help you wind down and get ready for bed. No prior experience with yoga is needed to participate in these workshops, just bring a yoga mat and some water!
Spaces are limited, registration is required. If attending all four classes, you must register for each date. Classes are non-sequential. If you register for a class and cannot attend, please notify the Library so someone on the waiting list can attend in your place.
