Virtual Yoga for Kids
(for ages 8-11)
Four Wednesdays in July at 3:30 p.m.

Join certified yoga instructor, Liz, for virtual yoga! We’ll move our body to explore fun shapes, play games, and learn healthy ways to cope with daily stressors. Each class will end with a guided visualization, teaching kids to learn to settle their minds and bodies while increasing imagination!
Register separately for each session you plan to attend. Before the program, you will receive a link via email to join the Zoom conference.
Please be courteous of others and let us know if you will not be attending a session you’ve registered for. That way, another child from the wait list can attend.
